Your friends in podcasting, Dean Haglund and Phil Leirness, are in Canada shooting footage for TWO projects: THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE (a documentary about the world of conspiracy) and HELL GIGS (about a return to Dean’s roots as a comic). While in Vancouver, they got together with Dean’s good friends Bruce Harwood and Tom Braidwood to record this week’s show. For those listeners who were not fans of The X-Files, Dean, Bruce and Tom played (respectively) Richard “Ringo” Langly, John Fitzgerald Byers and Melvin Frohike. Collectively, those characters are known to millions of fans the world over as “The Lone Gunmen”, conspiracy theorists, computer hackers, government watchdogs and publishers of The Magic Bullet newsletter, who aided agents Mulder and Scully through nine years of investigations and who were featured in their very own spin-off series. Oh, and because Dean and Phil are traveling without their producer (Lyle Skosey, who is back home in L.A. getting plenty of rest and regaining his strength – Thanks to so many of you who asked and sent your best wishes), they weren’t able to bring all their usual podcast gear. As a result, Dean pulled an ALL-NIGHTER figuring out how to get this show online and available. Why did he do this? Because he cares And because it is YOUR Chillpak Hollywood Hour, after all!

Guys!! I loved this podcast !!! But now I’m even more pissed off Bruce and Tom weren’t in Berlin. That would have been so much fun. Maybe next time.
I’ve been laughing my ass off over that ‘naked’ story, eventhough I already heard it before. Sooooo funny!!
Thank Bruce and Tom for this show and of course thank you for making this one. Hugs!!!
Linda
ps. It’s SOOO COLD HERE!!!

Thank you for another great Chillpak Hollywood Hour! I really should stop listening to your podcast while taking public transportation. It’s quite hard not to laugh out loud! It was awesome to hear “the guys” together again. And I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s waiting for more to hear or even to see
Thanks to Tom and Bruce for taking their time, reviving old memories and sharing some new stories!
Dean, Phil, thank you for making this possible!
@Linda: Due to some reasons it just wasn’t possible to bring all three Gunmen together. But believe me, we wil be working on that for a next possible con. Maybe there is hope

@ Moni: Same for me, I use to listen to the podcast while I’m on the train, and I really need to focuse on not luaghing out loud all the time
and thanks for the youtube-link
It was so nice to listen to the three together again, I didn’t realize how much I missed you guys!
And even though Tom thinks it won’t be a big deal, the movie he and the Smoking Man
made at least already got its own imdb-entry!
