This week’s episode of YOUR Chillpak Hollywood Hour is a lot of fun. A hockey great and a beloved 80′s sitcom star get remembered in “Celebrity Deaths”. The news concerning the real-life “Brady Bunch” house in Studio City and major changes to the Oscars telecast get reported and dissected. A recent hit-man thriller, a current, hilarious and suspenseful indie comedy-drama, a classic 1970 comedy war film and a current Lionsgate “digital” release starring Guy Pearce and Pierce Brosnan all get discussed. Dean has spent the weekend at the Supanova Pop Culture Expo and he provides a report before he and and Phil remember Anton Yelchin in “Celebrity Deaths”. Phil, meanwhile, saw what might be the WORST live event since they started covering “Live Events of the Week”! He provides some of the hilarious details. There will be discussions of television, like “Man in the High Castle” and the cancellation of “The Grinder” as well as news about a new Phillip K. Dick series AND a series based on the movie “Buckaroo Banzai” There will be a discussion of several movies, including a new espionage thriller based on a John Le Carre novel, a current Cannes Jury Prize winner, the recent “Alice Through the Looking Glass” disaster, and the completely overlooked western from earlier this year, “Jane Got a Gun”. All that, plus the show kicks off with your friends in podcasting revealing their favorite toys from growing up!.
