Chillpak Hollywood Hour #280

Three guests AND two guest co-hosts join Dean Haglund and Phil Leirness this week to take on show business from all angles …

As Dean revealed on last week’s show, he will be acting in a new series. “Space Command” boasts a who’s who of sci-fi in its cast and is the brain child of acclaimed and prolific writer Marc Scott Zicree. Hear all about the project and Marc’s previous work (including various versions of “Star Trek” AND The Twilight Zone Companion), as he joins your friends in podcasting AND Combat Radio‘s Ethan Dettenmaier.

Then, just when you think this week’s show couldn’t get any more cool, the topic switches from behind the camera success to a stunning starlet, as Phil joins actor and author Mark Ryan to interview the luminous Cerina Vincent, star of such movies Cabin Fever, Not Another Teen Movie and the forthcoming MoniKa, as well as the co-author of the books How to Eat Like a Hot Chick and How to Love Like a Hot Chick. Trust us, Cerina is as refreshing a personality as you could hope to meet and the conversation is rather hilarious.

Finally, as if that weren’t enough, the subject turns to entertainment journalism with Robert Samo, who founded the site Fanboy Nation.

It’s a star-studded, all-hands on deck assault on your ears, hearts and funny-bones! It’s YOUR Chillpak Hollywood Hour, after all …

Chillpak Hollywood Hour #262

This week’s show is all about embracing the unknown, and as such, it probably started over on Combat Radio (on Friday 18 May), where YOUR friends in podcasting interviewed noted physicist (and regular contributor to Ancient Aliens), Mike Dennin about the frontiers of science. You can listen to that show HERE.

Back on YOUR Chillpak Hollywood Hour, Dean Haglund and Phil Leirness carry on with the theme, discussing the unknown in a variety of different arenas …

The mystery (involving the dog star Sirius, the Kinights Templar, Mary Magdalene and a cheeky 13th century Imp) of the Lincoln Cathedral …

What Barry Diller’s Aereo portends for the future (or lack thereof) of television …

The foreign control of U.S. media …

The power of social networking …

The inner workings of Rupert Murdoch’s international empire …

And SO MUCH more, including a “Lawsuit of the Week” that involves a group finally embracing the unknown and “Celebrity Deaths”.

Enjoy all the great tasted you’ve come to expect for a hearty and delicious helping of YOUR Chillpak Hollywood Hour!
